4.1 Order Confirmation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@cazida.com.

After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be in fulfillment. Please refer to our Refund Policy for post-shipment options.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for any reason, provided items are unused and in original condition.

We will acknowledge your message within 3 business days and work in good faith to resolve the matter within 30 calendar days.

13.2 Binding Arbitration

If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, both parties agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services — including questions about the existence, validity, or scope of this arbitration clause — shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or by remote hearing if mutually agreed. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You and Cazida agree that all claims must be brought in your or our individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding.

13.4 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring a claim in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdictional limits. Either party may also seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For any dispute not subject to arbitration under Section 13, or for enforcement of an arbitration award, you agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

If you are accessing our website from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.
