Payment Methods

All transactions on cazida.com are processed in US Dollars (USD). We accept a variety of secure payment methods to make your checkout experience as easy and flexible as possible. No additional payment processing fees are charged by Cazida.

💳 Discover: Credit and debit cards. US-issued cards.

PayPal: Pay via PayPal balance, linked bank, or card. Includes PayPal Buyer Protection.
Apple Pay: One-tap checkout on Apple devices. Safari browser required.
Google Pay: One-tap checkout on Android and Chrome. Fast and secure.

Currency and Pricing

All prices on cazida.com are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). The price shown at checkout is the final amount that will be charged to your payment method.

If your bank account or card is in a currency other than USD, your bank or card issuer will apply their standard foreign currency conversion rate. Cazida does not control or charge any currency conversion fees — these are determined solely by your bank or payment provider.

We do not charge any additional payment processing fees on top of the listed product price and shipping cost.

How Each Payment Method Works

Visa / Mastercard / Amex / Discover / Diners Club Enter your card number, expiry date, CVV, and billing address at checkout. Your card is charged at the time of order. Card details are processed by Shopify Payments and never stored on our servers.
PayPal Select PayPal at checkout. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete payment. No PayPal account needed — you can also pay as a guest with a card. Includes PayPal Buyer Protection. If you don't receive your item or it's significantly different from the description, PayPal may refund you.
Apple Pay Available on Safari (iPhone, iPad, Mac). Tap the Apple Pay button and authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode. Requires an Apple device with Apple Pay set up. Not available on non-Apple browsers.
Google Pay Available on Chrome and Android. Tap the Google Pay button and confirm payment with your saved Google Pay method. Requires a Google account with a saved payment method in Google Pay.

Payment Security

🔒 Your payment information is always protected. Cazida uses industry-standard security protocols to ensure every transaction is safe and encrypted.
  • SSL/TLS Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our website is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. Look for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.
  • PCI-DSS Compliance: Our payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments and PayPal, both of which are certified to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS Level 1) — the highest level of payment security certification.
  • No Card Data Stored: Cazida does not store your full credit card number, CVV, or PIN on our servers. All sensitive payment data is handled directly by Shopify Payments or PayPal.
  • Fraud Detection: Shopify's built-in fraud analysis tools review every order to detect and prevent unauthorized transactions.

When Will I Be Charged?

Your payment method is authorized and charged at the time you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been successfully processed.

For PayPal orders, the charge will appear in your PayPal activity immediately after checkout. For credit and debit card payments, the charge will typically appear on your statement within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank.

What to Do If Your Payment Is Declined

If your payment is declined at checkout, here are the most common reasons and steps to resolve them:

  1. Incorrect card details — Double-check your card number, expiry date, CVV, and billing address.
  2. Insufficient funds — Ensure your card or account has sufficient balance to cover the order total.
  3. Bank declined the transaction — Your bank may have flagged the transaction. Contact your bank directly to authorize the payment or try a different payment method.
  4. Card not supported — Try a different card or use PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay instead.
  5. Browser/device issue — Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try a different browser or device.

Unauthorized Charges

If you notice a charge from Cazida on your payment statement that you did not authorize, please take the following steps immediately:

  1. Contact us at support@cazida.com with your name, email, and the charge amount. We will investigate promptly.
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer to report the unauthorized charge and request a dispute or chargeback if necessary.
  3. For PayPal transactions, you may also open a dispute directly through the PayPal Resolution Center.

We take payment security seriously and will cooperate fully with any fraud investigation.
