Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? That’s absolutely okay.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and receive a full refund (100%). Simply contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you promptly.

When Returns or Refunds Are Available

We’re glad to assist with returns or refunds in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received the incorrect size

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue when contacting us.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when received

  • Include original packaging

Please note:
If a return package is lost during transit, we are unable to issue a refund without receiving the returned item. We recommend using a reliable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email:

  • To confirm we have received your return

  • To inform you whether your refund has been approved

If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
Please allow some time for the transaction to appear, as processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If your refund hasn’t appeared, we suggest the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or payment app again

  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times can vary

  3. Reach out to your bank to confirm there are no processing delays

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.
If you would like a replacement of the same item (shipping fee may apply), please email us at support@cazida.com, and our team will guide you through the process.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once we receive the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.

How to Return an Item

Please securely package your return and include:

  • Your email confirmation or original receipt

  • A short note indicating whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Important Information:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking
