At Cazida, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for any reason — no questions asked — provided the item is unused and in its original condition with original packaging.
Eligible for Return
- Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging is intact
- Return is requested within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Perishable or consumable goods (if applicable)
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Email us at support@cazida.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photo(s) of the item (required for damaged/wrong items)
Step 2: We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Step 3: Ship the item to the address we provide. Please use a trackable shipping service.
Important — Return Address: Do NOT ship returns without contacting us first. The return address depends on which warehouse your order was fulfilled from (US or China). Shipping to the wrong address may result in your return not being processed
Return Shipping Costs
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Inspection: within 2 business days of receipt
- Refund approval email: within 2 business days of inspection
- Refund to original payment method: 5–10 business days after approval (depending on your bank/card issuer)
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will send a replacement at no extra charge once the return is received.
For size exchanges or preference-based exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping. The replacement item will be shipped at no additional product cost.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund (100%). After 24 hours, the order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us at support@cazida.com. We will issue store credit equal to the full item value, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued in cases where:
- The item shows signs of use or minor damage upon return
- Original packaging is missing or damaged
- Only part of a multi-item order is returned
